I wanted something that looked a bit better than just a length of wire to control the throttle on an RC engine whilst testing it on a bench or stand.

Just drill appropriate mounting holes on the base or use clamps.

Drill a hole in the lever and base to bolt them together.

I placed a rubber grommet between them to provide some friction.
