Summary
This is a TEMPORARY end-cap for a 1/4" NPT water line with compression connector. I needed this as a quick solution when swapping out a fridge - the add-on puncture valve for the water line leaks like crazy with these when turned all the way "off" (not really off, but puncture mode), so I capped the end and turned it back on while I putzed with moving the fridge out and the new one in.

Notes:
This is a TEMPORARY screw-on cap for 1/4" NPT connector that I needed for the water tube line when swapping out a fridge. It's square and does NOT need a wrench to tighten (but you'll need one on the brass fitting). Once you cut a piece of rubber or washer for the end, it just needs to be snugged up so it's not leaking. Do NOT overtighten or you'll split the layers.
Printed with threads up.
Post-Printing
Just cut a small piece of rubber material to fit in the end as a seal.
How I Designed This
Tinkercad. Trial and error with threads clearance for the hole - ended up being 2 nozzle widths clearance required (printed with .4mm nozzle, so I had to make the threads .8mm larger than the standard threads).
I hope this saves someone else the trouble when they're in a pinch for a temporary solution.
