Here is a mount for an Axis IP Camera. I use this for the M3114, but there are other Axis cameras with a similar form factor. These cameras have an ethernet cable coming out of the bottom and this requires a mount otherwise the cable might be in the way. Unfortunately, Axis is no longer allowing people to browse the accessories and data sheets of old cameras so I am unable to look up what accessory it replaces.
The purpose of the wedge, is to allow a better view angle from a wall.
The wedge will need some way to attach screws from the camera. You can either drill or use threaded inserts. The mount is not water proof, so you can use silicone or improvise if necessary. This only applies to the ethernet connector. The cameras are rain proof. You can also use the proper waterproof ethernet connector.
Please be aware these prints could use some improvement. I made them when I was just starting with FreeCAD (2021). The following things need to be done:
- The opening on the mount should fit a standard conduit connector.
- The mount is too thick on the bottom.
While these parts are flawed, I think they are still usable. I have included the FreeCAD source files.
