My first non remixed project. This is a mount-to-mount a AETCO Riot Visor onto a Kevlar PASGT helmet. I do not know if this will fit on small or medium sized helmets as it is made for a large. Drill the holes out for screws. If your helmet has not been pre-drilled, just drill it accordingly to the mount holes with a Dremel (hopefully it drills, I wouldn't know, I've never drilled holes in a Kevlar helmet).
