For a long time, I've been printing directly from my computer using Mainsail without a touch screen on my 3D printer. I thought I no longer needed one. However, I was wrong. The Klipper screen has some very nice features, and the ability to fine-tune my first layer on this old printer is now something that I would find hard to live without.

The case was designed for a USB and HDMI touchscreen, which I purchased on AliExpress for £20; it can also be bought on eBay or Amazon. It connects directly to the Raspberry Pi; you will need a USB & HDMI cable, as well as some M3 threaded inserts.
I designed the cable connectors to be inside the case, preventing them from pulling out of the screen when you handle it; that's why the right side is wider to hide the cable plugs. I also used a small amount of hot glue inside to be sure the plugs stayed in place.
It is a very simple case; there are no bells or whistles, as none are really necessary.
