This is a shim for UPVC window hinges. Hinges have a 'stack height' (mechanism closed) of either 13 or 17mm and it's possible to purchase UPVC shims to fit between the window and hinge to replace a 17mm hinge with a 13mm one. I was suprised to find no 3D printable parts to do the same job so here's my attempt! I've included two models (with and without clips)

Please Note: You may need to scale or adjust the part to suit your own hardware. The actual thickness of this part is 3mm because the hinges I was replacing were just under 17mm and the replacement measured just over 13mm with my micrometer!
