Summary
This is a two part design for venting away your impurities from the hot end to an air purifer. The unit is sized for a 5/8" outside diameter tube namely the Zimpure air purifier.

Notes:
The lower half was oriented on the build plate just like it would be oriented on the hot end with the large surface down and the chimney and clips extending upward. The upper half printed well upside down with the round end on the build plate and a raft may be needed for that.
Position the supports manually so that the hollow sections don't get filled with support.
Post-Printing
The upper half may need to be sanded or filed a little at the bottom, yet still keeping a tight fit with the lower half. The snap latches between the upper and lower halves may need to have some TLC so that there's a secure latch fit between the two halves.
Since it was made in ABS I used "same stuff" to seal the surfaces to aid in the air tightness.
How I Designed This
The picture with the gray parts on the table shows most of the design iterations. The design started out a one piece unit but then the attachment became to be design limit. At first I added a separable clamp on the top. That had some merits but then I was still fine tuning the lower half of the unit and the though for a upper and lower half presented it self. That way the entire unit wouldn't need to be re-printed for each design enhancement. Overall it was about a 2-3 week design time frame from start to finish with a full time job stuck in there.
