This travel mug was not holding in the heat very well so I made a jacket out of TPU.

• Two parts because the widest diameter of the mug is part way up and the jacket is intended to fit snugly.
• Text added as a customization. The SCAD files can be edited in OpenSCAD..
• The jacket ends at a level below the lowest part of lid so that it does not interfere with screwing the lid on or off.
• The mug is inserted into the bottom of the jacket.
• The top on the jacket is lowered over the mug when the lid is off, A little force is required.
• The top and bottom parts are made to overlap by one cm. There is enough friction to hold pars in place. Intentional force can remove jacket for cleaning.

Printer brand used was Kingroon.

Measured travel mug diameter with calipers as well as height of measurement points. This data was entered into scad files. The model was created with a rotational extrusion of a polygon that represents a cut section of the jacket.

OpenSCAD does not have a native function to put text on a curved surface. Found a module in open forum that bends text around a radius in a piece-wise linear fashion.
