The spinning tail on my Peacock lawn ornament broke so I made this propeller version to replace it.

Blades were created using the Sweep Boss and Helix tools in Solidworks. The tail mounts on a bearing with an O.D. of 21.5mm. This bearing pops inside the center of the propeller tail and the bearing is held onto the Peacock with short threaded shaft that has a decorative nut that keeps the tail from coming off the Peacock. Nylon should work very well as it is more durable that PLA or ABS material. I have found ABS to crack when in the sunlight for an extensive time.
