/!\ This is not a remix since I dont' include original 3D model

Rick Impey published a posable housing for a 5.5" touchscreen with a Raspberry 5 to be used as a Klipper SBC for 3D printing.
You can find his video series here and his 3D model there
I had a 5.5" touchscreen (I think a former version) and a Raspberry Pi 4 that I wanted to implement on my lack-cased Ender 3 V2 Neo. BUT the model from Rick Impey did not fitted my confirguration. Also the original model is meant to be set on a table and I wanted a fixed casing at the top of my Lack enclosure.
But… I already printed the front frame of Rick Impey's model before inderstanding that my hardware would not fit his model. So I designed from the front casing the support I wanted to make. In my model the Raspberry PI is not attached to the screen, this is an enclosure for the touchscreen alone.
Bonus : my touchscreen had holes of 3.5mm and the model is meant for M4 screws so a bit of board drilling had to be done.
What you need :
- Raspberry pi 5.5" touchscreen
- 4x M4x25 metric screws with bolt, on the picture I used M4x30 so it is too long in the back
- 6x 3.5mm diameter and 10mm long woodworking screws
- The part “Front cover” from Rick Impey's orginal model (link) it may need some rework depending on the position of the HDMI and USB ports on your touchscreen.
- The 5 parts of this set
- A bit of clemency, this project is not state-of-the-art design
As usual with my models feel free to modify the Onshape model.
