Snap on heat sink cover to hold 40x40 fan over it.

I used heat sink glue to attach it to the side of a stepper, then mounted the fan holder on top of it. I used M3 3mm tall heat inserts for fan screws.

Print with the flange towards the bed (like in the picture) use supports. Install with the flanges upside.

The heat sink is 40x40x20 from aliexpress.

It is meant to be snap on - so print with ABS or PETG or similar. Attach the fan after the holder is put in place, or loosen the screws to allow the holder to flex easier.
