You can easily change tolerances to your liking in the fcstd file with freecad.

Replacement bushing for Volvo 2001-2007.

The "half bushing" labelled "ABS" is for printing with hard materials to make a solid bushing and the TPU variant is the whole bushing. There is a recess in the middle, the TPU bushing can be squeesed through, but if done from ABS or other hard plastic then two parts are needed.

I recommend using around 6 perimeters and top/bottom layers for 0.4mm nozzle, to get thicker walls all around.

I used contact cement to glue the TPU and aluminium parts together, though I don't know if that is even necessary.

This is modelled for the old style aluminium housing.

Used in Volvo V70, V70XC, S60 FWD and AWD variants.
