Two different models. 

LAYERS version works changing filament at different layer height:
Have not printed this one myself. Let me know if anyone tries it. 

Start with WHITE
Layer 42 swap to BLACK
Layer 48 swap to WHITE
Layer 53 swap to BLUE
Layer 58 swap to ORANGE

FLAT version can be printed with AMS by colouring parts of model.
Have printed this one myself.
