This wristrest fit my SKY 2040-M16 leverless controller that measures 128x210mm. If you want to check if it will fit yours without wasting all the filament, you can use the hole check model first and see if the holes line up. In my case, I was able to replace the original screws with M3x10 screws and a washer for a secure fit. Depending on the fasteners that came with your leverless, you may need different screws.

There is no cut out for the USB pass through.
