Panel for taking 5 and 12 V from PSU instead of having an array of wall warts to drive USB-hubs and such peripherals. The panel is made to fit in a vertical expansion slot on my case (Fractal Design - Define R4), screw distance CC 28x80 mm.

The connectors are epoxied onto the panel, additionally five countersunk M3x12 and 4x5 heated inserts are used to keep them in place.
