Inherited an old Roboking to join in my army of discarded cleaning robots which had a stripped gear in its right gearbox. figured it would be better that i printed the part incase it breaks again in the future since the last 2 gears in the gearbox are under a lot of pressure and would have been better if they were made more sturdy.
the replacement part has been working well for about a week now, the robot is cleaning carpet too so its under a decent load.

this gear is a near perfect replication made in SCAD and modified in blender, best printed with clear PETG. the centre hole may require drilling out in order to fit, a 3mm drill bit will work fine as long as its drilled straight.

Hope this part keeps another robot friend from ending up in the bin
