Converted my existing Satisfye Nintendo Switch Satisfye grip to work with my new Switch 2.
The Switch 2 is exactly 32 mm wider than the original Switch and almost the exact thickness dimensions.
I made two vertical cuts, one on each side of the middle screws and rubber protection layer. (In hindsight, one cut as close to the middle as possible might work just as well with this solution)
I then took a large paint stirrer (I had recently acquired for free from Home Depot, but at place that sells paint likely has them for free), cut it to 7.5 inches. I then drilled several holes through the paint stirrer stick and the Satisfye grip, ensuring the width I was adding was exactly 32mm.
The 3d printable washers was due to the screws I had on hand being too long and would poke through to the Switch 2. The washers ensure the screws go deep enough to hold but not deep enough to scratch the Switch 2.
It's likely not perfect compared to purchasing a new Switch 2 Satisfye grip, but its nice to know I'm keeping this original Switch grip from the landfill while saving myself around $50 + tax.
