DIY toe shim and adjustment plate for dynafit comfort 5 screw toes. I had them laser cut by send cut send using 6061 Aluminium. I used material 4.75 mm thick to get the ramp angle between the toes and heels to the amount I wanted but you could use different thicknesses.
The file included is optimized for reducing print cost with the top and bottom piece connected. I used a hacksaw to split them and printed two copies.
Hardware from bolt depot below worked quite well.

If you are using a thinner Aluminium then you will have to use the jam nuts and shorter machine screws

Sourcing screws that go through the plate into the wood is a little tricky as you want 8-9mm of penetration into the ski. The holes in the plates are 5.8mm and really should have been 6mm for a better fit. I was able to use the original dynafit screws after drilling in a countersunk hole 1.5 mm into the top plate to get close to 8mm penetration into the ski.
