The rolling pin barrel and handles should be printed in the loaded orientation with supports enabled remove any supports from there the handles then snap theme into the top and bottom of the barrel should hear a click sound with the ability to twist/rotate the handles.

 Filament type recommended PLA and color is your choice I tested the model with Printed Solid PLA on a Prusa Mk4s worked fine.
