I purchased an ER25 collet that came without a box so I made and printed this in PETG.

You might want to try adding/cutting the collet size as a Text directly onto the model in your slicer. Though depending on color and with low depth it might be hard to read. Some sticky paper might be better. Or maybe print in PLA and use a permanent marker.
