This is a simple stand designed for the Sony PlayStation 4 Fat. It works by adding a small gap between the console and the platform it's sitting on to allow airflow to passthrough, particularly important if the console is placed vertically as there are air intake vents on the sides.

The feet simples slide into the four corners of the console. To use horizontally, you will need to print both the Left as well as the Right side, two per side. For vertical, only print two of whichever side will face the table.

Note that these feet may not be of much use when used horizontally, as the gap it provides is minimal, about a few millimetres from the table.
