Left an incomplete build out and misplaced the glass thumb screws. Made these adapters to fit over mainboard screws(m3*5*7).

Insert screw into adapter (I would suggest holding the adapter with pliers) and thread the screw into the opening. Then they can be used with or without a screw driver.
