This is my design for a manual peristaltic pump for refueling airplanes and cars with nitro or glow engines.
Adaptable to other uses. Self-priming.
Everything is 3D printed except for the four bearings, which are off-the-shelf (one 28x12x8 and three 14x8x4), and the standard airplane hose.
It assembles without any glue or tools.
Everything was printed on an Ender 3 V3 KE using PETG material for increased strength and durability (5 outer layers, 30% infill).
