I have a 4090 horizontally mounted in my NR200 Mini-ITX case and needed to drill out more ventilation holes in the steel sheet metal side panels.

This drill jig will slot into existing holes so you can line up the precise pilot holes for drilling.

Works fine in PLA at 2 perimeters with minimal infill. I printed mine out with a 0.8mm nozzle, but uploaded the more common 0.4mm file.
