Print flat back scratcher.

Print it.
Mount it on a 3/8ths inch dowel.
Apply a little heat and bend to desired angle for your own optimal scratch.

Suggestion: This design was designed to be bent where the inner radius is on the flat side. eg: The side that was on the build plate is the direction you'll pull it when it's heated. I don't know if that matters for the experience but that's what was intended and that's what I do.

Why use heat? Why not just print in the final shape?
1: Complexity. These back scratchers were designed to be sold in large volume. This makes for a quick and easy print with some super simple post processing. No supports. Just clamp a few in, heat 'em up, and get them ready to sell.
2: Strength: The bend takes the layer lines with it. A customer won't snap the “scratcher” off or split the end and end up with more than just an itch. ( I have a bamboo scratcher that has split lengthwise. Not fun)
3: Gimmick: I just wanted to design something that prints somewhat flat and is brought to dimension with an additional process. It's fun.
