Align your drill bit to the center of the round rod and the pipe, and then drill a hole using this quickly printed tool.

Assembly:

Use M3 screws to fix the triangle on the base. The screws should be able to screw into the base by themselves. The screws should be at least 10mm long to ensure a secure fit. Do not fully tighten the screws. The triangle must be able to rotate around the screws.

Note: The hexagonal hole on the base is 8mm in diameter.
