Available stands:

• 5cm medals with a ~12mm lace

• 7cm medals with a ~24mm lace

Printing

Just print a front and a back (separately) with the same medal dimensions:

• Back should be printed with supports activated (very few of them).

• Provided gcodes are made for my printer (MMU2S), with extruder 1 for back and extruder 2 for front, but no MMU is needed

Assembly

• Put the lace in the holes of the front, as shown in pic.

• Adjust to have your medal approximately 1cm from the bottom.

• Slide the front in the back:

  1. Put the lace through the big hole of the back.

  2. Slide it to the top in the recessed area.

  3. Push it inside the frame.

  4. Move it down in the other recessed area.

• Put the rest of the lace in the hole at the back

• Hang to the wall using the top back hole

Suggestions:

• Print the back in gold/silver/copper depending on your results, and the front in black.

• Print a nice label with your regular 2D printer and stick it in the bottom area.
