This is a hanger for the measurement spoons set that you can find on, for example, Aliexpress (at this url :
Stainless steel measuring spoon 4/6/7/8 pcs set with scale measuring ruler spoon kitchen coffee baking measuring tool set - AliExpress 15).

I personally purchased the x8 items pack, and added 1 extra slot on the hanger for a bigger whip that I already had in the kitchen. 

You just have to doubletape it to your wall and that's it. Add a pause in your slicer at the right layer to print the text in a different color :)

Dimensions of the base : 253.50 mm L x 15 mm l x 2 mm w
Distance base - hook : ~19.30 mm
N° of hooks/slots : 9 
Diameter of a hook : 5.50 mm
Distance between each hook : 24.50 mm

Printing parameters :
- 3 walls
- No support / brim / raft needed
- 20 % infill
- 0.6 mm nozzle compatible, I used 0.36 mm LH and it turned out ok 
- PLA + recommended, PLA should be ok though

Special notes :

I figured out too late, after printing it, that the text was partly hidden by the spoons. Don't worry, I changed it in the .STL / generic .m3f. Note that there is also a raw version, with no text. 
The .m3f allows you to change the position of the text if you want to.
