I have remixed the V4.2 Case to fit the Bigtreetech TFT 3.5 E3 LCD display. I added cutouts for the USB and the SD card Slot and moved the cutout at the rear for the display plugs. I also added a cutout for the RS232 Cable of the display, used for the host function.

You may encounter some conectivity problems with some USB sticks, becaue I didn't add a recess for the USB slot, but most USB sticks worked for me.
The wifi module of the display also won't fit in this case.
