Problem

All the telescopic swords I found had walls very close together to increase the sword's length, but this required a very good printer to print, otherwise the walls would fuse together or break.

Solution

This model is designed with generous spacing so that more printers can print it. Walls are 0.9 mm thick, which should be 2 lines of a 0.4 mm nozzle.

Print Settings

• 4 walls

• 6 top and 6 bottom layers

• If you have slight adhesion problems, closing the printer door will help a bit.
