Selbst erstellt in Blender. Die Basis wird am Lüfter befestigt, danach können die Filterelemente einfach aufgesteckt und bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden. Ideal, um Staub fernzuhalten und den Luftstrom flexibel zu steuern.
Die Teile sind für den 3D-Druck bei einer Schichthöhe von 0,2 mm und einer Düsenbreite von 0,4 mm konzipiert. Eine Blank-Filterdatei liegt bei, mit der man durch Druck ohne Boden- und Deckenwände das Infill als Filterstruktur nutzen kann.
Für bessere Ergebnisse sind die Bauteile so gestaltet, dass sie ohne Stützstrukturen gedruckt werden können. Abhängig vom Wärmeumfeld sollte auf das Material geachtet werden — im PC-Betrieb wurde PLA problemlos getestet.

Self-made in Blender. The base attaches to the fan, and the filter elements can be easily plugged in and swapped as needed — perfect for keeping dust out and adjusting airflow flexibly.
The parts are designed for 3D printing with a layer height of 0.2 mm and a nozzle width of 0.4 mm. A blank filter file is included, allowing you to print without top and bottom layers so the infill itself serves as the filter mesh.
For best results, the parts are designed to be printed without support structures. Depending on the thermal environment, choose a suitable material — tested in a PC setup with PLA without any problems.
