Wanted something basic where the iPads could go while charging AND not be laying around on the counter. The two slots are different sizes, further back one is for older iPad/thicker case while the front one handles newer iPad with simple case. Big holes in front let you get mounting screws into the back block, I used sheetrock anchors too.
No supports needed, did 3 perimeters just for a little extra strength.
