The screw, gasket, bearing, and spring were only there as placements for the assembly. 

Really you only need to print the inner and outer cylinder pieces. Then go to Ace and get a snap ring/o-ring, ball bearing, and spring. Note for the screw connector piece, I did not add threads to the inner cylinder as I can't print threads well. So I would get a connector with threads on one end, the flat cylinder stop as shown in the stl, and smooth on the other end. Then connect some way (ex.drilling, gluing etc.)

Also it has a groove, as its intended use was a quick connect that wouldn't spin

Please let me know how it works if you do this. I started on it for a project, but then found a different idea so I never finished this.
