Reworking of the display frame from “RPi Zero DISP 7A case” to use M3 hex nuts rather than threaded inserts.  Also has a slightly enlarged slot for the screen control buttons to account for Waveshare's loose manufacturing tolerances.

Recommended screws for assembly are M3x14 cap screws.  M3x16 may also work, but care should be taken to avoid driving the screws into the back of the screen.

Designed to be printed nut-side-down without supports.
