I was looking for a neater way to hold the spool and the top has a lot of empty space.

Spools can be held "hanging" inside the spool holders. One of the 1 kg spools is too "full" on the inside and cannot be used hanging. This one I can simply place on top, it is still guided on the sides and cannot fall off.

Simply press on some ball bearings and attach to the printer using M4 screws.
