This housing is designed to compactly mount a powerpole connector and DC jack together to make a compact DC-powerpole adapter, this avoids needing another cable when both ends allready had attached cables.
I printed this on a resin printer but it should also print on FDM machines
Parts and assembly
For the housing you will need the bottom part and one of the top versions (there are two versions with DC jack sizes embossed or a plain version). For the powerpole you will need a pair of 45A housings and contacts. For the DC jack I used the Tensility 50-00533 from digikey, they also provide a 2.5mm version. You will also need some wire to connect the two connectors and some superglue or similar.
When assembling attach the wires to the powerpoles first then solder onto the DC jack. It is best to dry fit into the housing to get the lenghts as there is limited room for excess cable. Once the cable harness is assembled It can be glued into the housing with superglue or similar.
