The box has a concealed latch within the nose recess to open the lid. Three different options for the tray insert are attached. None of the parts needed support material. 

Assembly Instructions:

A small length of PLA wire directly from the spool is used for the hinge pin. It is inserted through the hinge leaves and cut to length, allowing the hinge to articulate. Finally, the button is glued into position with a small amount of super glue.

Printing Information (All parts):

• 0.20 (Speed) mm layer height.
• 15% infill.
• 0.4mm nozzle diameter.
• Elegoo PLA used (Sea green).
• No Support material is required.
