This is bar-end for Bicycle. I was designed it to fit any handle bar of bicycle (bar tube diameter = 22.2 mm.).

For make one pair of this you need to print "barend 01-2.STL" for 4 copy (because I design it for half assembly) and "barend 02.STL" for 2 copy.

Print ABS with no support. I recomment to set shell perimeters = 5 and Fill density = 30%

Use hot glue to assemble all piece together. I use M3 25 mm. screw as core reinforcement to hardened. After assembly please use Acetone Vapor Finishing to make it look nicer and more stronger. (because outer layer of ABS was fuse by Acetone).
