A wall or ceiling mount panel with spots for 32 keystone jacks.
The mount consists of 3 pieces – the panel itself, a base that the panel mounts to, and a clamp bracket that the base mounts to through the wall or ceiling. I originally explored mounting wings similar to a low-voltage bracket, but the mounting was just never strong enough for the reasonable amount of force that 32 cables can place on the bracket.
The size of the opening in the base and clamp provide ample workspace in the wall/above the ceiling with the plate removed to reach and manage cables.
Use some press fit nuts in the back of the “clamp” bracket and attach the “base” to it with machine screws. I use some 4-#6 pan head screws to attach the plate to the base. There is space for 8, but I haven't found the middle screws to be necessary.
I printed at 100% infill with 3D Fuel Pro PLA, and it has held up great.
