Print the two halves with the fillets facing down, no support or brims. The magnets I used were 8mm diameter roughly 2.1mm thick, I have attached the solidworks files to change the diameter to your liking. Make sure the polarities are correct before gluing magnets in. I will release a hollow and more versions of this to fit different things.
