This is just a prototype that I am actively working on. Note the Rubber Bands and melted slots in the plastic will redesign probably with bungee cord and model remodel. Might also put a slot in the plastic tubes to allow more flex and better fitment:

Print Settings:

SpikeTipLD6: print 2 walls, 4Top/Bottom Layers, 10% infill

SpikeHolderLD6: print 4 walls, 8Top/Bottom Layers, 20% infill

Should be able to print without supports. 
Be sure the side of SpikeTipLD6 without a hole for the tip is against the bed plate.
Be sure the end of SpikeHolderLD6 without the spike hole is against the build plate.
