I liked the idea of JernejP's integrated phone stand, so I tweaked the Note 10+ case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3914194) to have the same stand, with a few extra adjustments.

I printed in PLA, so I took off the top and bottom overhangs to make it easier to fit.

A warning though, this definitely does not protect the front, let alone any side of the phone, so please use with care.
