Simple but easy way to weld the extra filament together. Created out of PETG to take the heat. Steps: 1. First you will need a small piece of silicone tubing measured 1.5 inside diameter 2. Cut both pieces flat, not diagonal like I’ve seen. 3. Thread the tubing and secure with tape 4. use soldering iron and heat until the colors look like they are mixed. 5. Let cool 5 minutes, and remove silicone with a sharp knife. There you have it. Welded together Yes I charged for this but what’s 25 cents.
