This is a Dashboard/Button Box i designed for the Fanatec CSL DD. You need some things to build it.

Something like these. There are many of these around which are more or less the same. Just look out for something that has the same distance between the mounting holes on the PCB (W: 80mm H: 30mm). Also the kit that i used had a USB cable with a strain relief in it that i made a part of the back cover. I also made a version with a PCB that has a USB Port. There are Slot Covers availible depnding if u want to use the version with the attached USB cable or the one with the detachable.

I used this set. But probably any screws with a 2mm diameter and a coarse thread should do the job. The screws for the PCB should not be longer than 8mm! The Screws to attach the Back Cover should not be longer than 15mm!

M6 Screws to attach the Plates to the Wheel Base. Maximum length 15mm!

Now about the Switches and Buttons. You have 5x 12mm holes on the top of each plate and 2x 6mm Holes below that with some kind of twist protections that many switches have. So you can put anything that fits in there. I also used some Buttons with an LED ring where i got the 5V form the USB Joystick encoder.
