The opening to fit the switch in these models is nominally 3.7 mm but shrinks a little on my machine, presumably elephant's foot.  I include the Fusion 360 file which has parameters for length and inner diameter so you can customize to your needs.

I strongly suggest adding a brim before printing and using a detail mode.  It will probably be helpful to print at least two at a time to avoid heat issues.
