I found plenty of cable clamps or organizers that are designed to be held in place by a screw, but I couldn't find any that was designed to be held in place using double sided tape. There are some situations where I might not want to use a screw, so I designed this cable clamp/organizer with a flat button so you can place double sided tape on it. 

The diameter of the hole is 10mm.
