Wanted a visualizer so put this together. Use the color change option in the your slicer option and print a base of black, three layers of translucent blue then the white for the logo.

Hole for magnet is 6.2mm but that squishes a bit so your 6mm magnet should just fit. I sanded my magnet slightly for something for the glue to grip and super glued it in place. Add a 10mm magnet on top of that to get the correct offset and not rub your extruder motor.
