My prints are all at 0.2mm layer height in clear PETG.

Best results:

• Print in the provided vertical orientation. Printing flat is unlikely to have enough strength to snap in without breakage. Vertically, the strength is excellent. If using clear or translucent filament, clarity is excellent in vertical orientation.
• Use brim, including interior.
• No supports
• 0.4mm nozzle (walls are 0.8mm thick)
• Infill unnecessary

Printing and usage:

• Use an appropriate size for your build volume, or scale only Z in slicer to lengthen or shorten. The best options are the 4pc models, which support each other at their respective heights. Included heights are 40mm, 80mm, and 150mm
• Squeeze the print and they should separate effortlessly

• Cut to size if needed using standard wire cutters or utility knife, then press into v-slot to use as diffusion for embedded LEDs, cable management, or decoration. They should fit snug and remain secure, and are easily removed and reused.
