This drill bit case is inspired by the hexagonal drill bit set from Hilti. I liked the design but already had a few drill bits so I didn't want to buy a whole new set for the case. So I made a similar design :)

This case is quite simple, just print the top and bottom part. I have used PETG and it has survived for months now so I suggest choosing this material for the case. Please be aware that it might be very tight for the first few closes and openings but after a short while it will wear in and will fit perfect.

You can customize the case by opening the FreeCAD project and adjust the top length in the spreadsheet to fit your drills. Please take a look on the last picture where I show how to measure the case. You can do the same by inserting your drill bits into the base and measure the longest drill. It is a good idea to add about 5 millimeters to it.
