This is my battery holder set in a "double row" version, which can provide a variety of grid layouts from 2x2 to 2x6, etc. Compared with the single-row design, it offers better structural rigidity for large-capacity battery packs.

Just like the single-row version, these battery holders are equipped with dedicated cavities/channels at the junction of the battery cells, which not only allow for convenient wiring of the BMS balancing cable, but also enable the temperature sensors to be deeply embedded within the battery pack without wasting space.

The set includes:

• 2×2 battery socket
• 2×3 battery holder
• 2×4 battery holder

• 2×6 battery holder

• Strong grid: The double-row design can more firmly lock each battery cell and enhance the overall stability.
• Cable management: The central channel is specifically reserved for BMS cables and thermistors, with a clear layout and smooth wiring.
• Precise alignment: Ensures that the spot welding operation is simple and highly consistent.

Printing Guide:

• Material recommendation: It is highly recommended to use PETG, ABS, or ASA; if the battery pack generates high heat during operation, PLA may deform.
• Support structure: No need to add support.
• Wall thickness: To enhance strength, it is recommended to set up 2-3 layers of outer contours.
